Why live printing works in Sydney
Sydney is spread out around the harbour, and its events are too. Conferences pack ICC Sydney at Darling Harbour, launches fill the old rail sheds at Carriageworks, and in winter Vivid turns the whole foreshore into a light festival with brand activations along the way.
Remember the seasons are flipped. Summer runs December to February, which is outdoor festival season, and May through August is when the indoor calendar gets busy.

Biosecurity and the long haul
Australia takes biosecurity seriously. Everything we ship arrives fully cleaned, with screens, cases and equipment all prepared for inspection. It's one of the reasons we book Sydney jobs well in advance.
Power is 230V on Australian plugs, and the equipment plan is confirmed with the venue first. Gear travels on an ATA Carnet, and blanks are sourced in Australia so we aren't flying cartons across the Pacific.
Merch Troop is based in La Habra, California. We run live printing across the US and travel internationally when the event is right, and Sydney jobs get the same crew and the same process.
